Co-ownership Model

Through crowdfunding, members of the public are able to sign up as future owners of the many complexes we will establishing throughout the continent. As a Lifestyle Farms Club member, you can be living in South Africa but own a couple of Lifestyle Mini Complexes in Namibia or Kenya.

Supporting Local Suppliers

Lifestyle Investment Holdings, owners of LMC brand, created the mini complexes to also work with SMMEs in the communities where we trade. As a SMME you could easily have your product being distributed in other complexes on the continent based on the support we provide you.

Investing in Education

As education is a key to success, we believe that in partnering with public schools under the School Grocery Scheme, we will be able to create opportunities for more leaners. With our partnership with over 9,000 pubic schools, we believe that we have created a better future for them.

As we are using equity crowdfunding model, for every R1 you invest, we convert that to 1 share. So if you invest R500 it means you will have 500 shares. The more shares you have, the more profits you make as an investor. Our administration will automatically allocate you to a complex.
